President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in his capacity as the Ruler of Abu Dhabi, has issued a law restructuring the statutes regulating housing loans for citizens in the emirate.The Law No 9 (Year 2008) is meant to support the welfare of Emiratis and raises the maximum loan limit from the Private Loans Authority from the current Dh1.2 million to Dh2 million, repayable within 30 years in equal installments with no interest. <More>
